STRICT REFUND POLICY
1. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. You can only exchange items for the same one , if you have purchased the wrong size. However, we do offer store credit.
2. Items must be sent back to Triple Black Apparel within 10 days of the customer receiving their order.
3. Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print or if you have purchased the wrong size can only be returned.
4. If your items meet this criterion, you are eligible for store credit or an exhange. Eligible items will only be accepted for online store credit or an exchange for the same item. That way you can use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. The purchase price can only be used for store credit

We sadly do not ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Syria and North Korea
It usually takes anywhere from 2-4 business days to process your online store credit. We understand that it is very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued an email informing you about your online store credit. *store credit covers original purchasing price & taxes.
